I'm the world's lightest sleeper and my sleep is always really erratic. I wake up many times throughout the night, toss and turn, get up anywhere from 1 to 3 times to pee or get a drink, and on a semi-regular basis, give up on sleeping in bed and move to the couch to watch TV.
I understand when you're temping you're supposed to be really consistent and take it at the same time every morning, before you've moved at all and before you're even fully awake. That's pretty much impossible for me.
Is there any way I can temp/chart reliably when I sleep like crap? Or do I just have to take my temp at the same time every morning and hope it is semi-accurate?
