Ugh, I am just feeling discouraged today at work. It's one thing after another and I just want to drive my head into the sand and hide.
When you are feeling down or discouraged what do you do to make yourself feel better?
Or is there something that is making you happy today that you'd like to share? Maybe we can spread the love
And if you could, can you leave work a little early and reset for tomorrow? Or just a coffee break (as in walk out of your building, and buy a coffee in a cafe - this takes 5-10 mins) with a trusted coworker, and vent a little? For sure you need a glass of wine tonight at dinner. I hope you feel better soon, sending good thoughts!
