When I posted a similar question recently, I said that I usually roast my veggies in the oven. Many said that you steam. Do you add anything to them once they're steamed?
I don't steam my veggies so interested in hearing!
I typically roast my veggies at high heat (425) in the oven. Olive oil, salt, pepper, and sometimes garlic. Works for broccoli, brussels sprouts, sweet potato, carrots and cauliflower.
I saute asparagus and mushrooms in butter on the stovetop. And I also saute broccoli and cauliflower stir-fry style with soy sauce.
