I am 24 weeks and we are just now starting the baby's nursery. I know everything I want to do to it - now its just execution! I'm worried that we've gotten a late start since we're doing a board and batten treatment on the walls and I'm sewing the crib bedding myself. In the grand scheme of things, I know it doesn't really matter since baby will be in our room for several months, but I'd still love to finish it. First time mama problems

I am 34 weeks and haven't started. other then painting the room. Granted we just closed on a house last weekend and we are moving tomorrow. So Sunday DH will put the crib together and we will start unpacking shower gifts and figure out what we have and don't have yet. If it the nursery isn't finished when she comes, that is ok, she will be in our room anyway.

We don't have a nursery, cause she's sharing our room until we move into a bigger place. But, I had my shower a day before 34 weeks (last Sunday) and I finished up shopping for her this week. Everything is assembled and almost everything has a place. The carseat is going into dh's truck this weekend.
I feel ready, now...lets just hope that baby isn't ready for a couple more weeks! lol

We didn't have the nursery done until after LO arrived because LO decided to arrive 6 weeks early.

We did just about everything during the second tri, finished up in the first part of the third tri.

@Mrs. Jacks: Haha, at this rate I'll be on track with you! The room will probably turn into more of a toddler space than a nursery. We moved when I was about six months along, so that must have something to do with it!

Eight weeks PP, and only finished it then because my mom came up and helped for a day.

Probably started around 30 weeks and finished around 34. Baby slept in our room until about 4.5 months old, in which time a whole bunch of crap wound up in the nursery that 3 months later I still have to pick up!

I am 3 months pp. before L was born we painted the room and assembled the crib and I washed and hung/folded his clothes. Nothing has changed since then. I bought some wall decor, haven't put it up yet and I still plan to get a few more things. I'm not too worried since we never go on there since he sleeps on our room for now and our changing station is pin our room

My DH came home and put up the finishing touches that I had ready to go when I was in the hospital post c-section!
I still have some pictures to finish up and hang, and we are adding another piece of furniture.

18 weeks and I'm almost done with it. I'm also a freak, so don't go by me! We are waiting until we find out the gender to finish up picking artwork and curtains, but we have the walls painted, the furniture in, a rug, and some art up. We don't have the bathroom anywhere close to done though; DH is painting it this weekend and I need to decide on a theme!
