I'm not so good with doing my own hair. Especially when it comes to updo's. I'm obsessed with these Lauren Conrad-style big bun on top of the head styles but can't do it myself to save my life. It always looks like cotton candy.. not in a good way.
I think I need to watch YouTube tutorials or something.
Are you good at doing your own hair?

I use to be able to do my hair...kind of. Then I had shoulder surgery on my left shoulder and developed carpal tunnel in my right hand, so I'm screwed. If I do anything with it now its straighten it, bump it, maybe twist my bangs, or pull it up with a clip. When I am able to pull all that together in one due DH gets excited & calls it "fancy".

I am a total fail when it comes to my hair! I had a wedding to go to yesterday (my SIL) & seriously took me over an hour just to get a simple teased ponytail ultimately ditching the tease & just trying to get it up. No joke.

i'm awful! i can straighten my hair with a straightener and that's about it! i almost try and it always looks like a 7 year old did it!

I'm horrible at it. Which is why I always resort to curling irons and hair spray if I need to do something a little fancier than normal.

I can curl it and put it in a messy bun or side ponytail and that's about it. I do the sock bun every so often (when I'm taking a bath, and I sometimes sleep in it) but my hair is way to thin I think? It always ends up looking ridic. I still do it anyway, I just won't leave the house, haha.

I would say mediocre. I can do a nice blow dry and do my bangs pinned back... but updo's or even half up half down, or back combing or curling... eek. I can do minimal curl but otherwise. I dunno. Maybe I suck too.

Baaaaaaaaad. Probably one of the reasons my hair has been on the shorter side most of my life.
