119 was the highest report I saw for about 20 miles inland. In my city I think it averaged off about 105. Crazy! I am so whiny about the heat, so I stayed inside all day.

It was about 95 here today. There was a heat advisory after 11, so we couldn't take the kids outside at work except for a few minutes in the early morning. Cooped up kids = I'm so happy its Friday!

It's 98 here today, which is relatively cool for a summer temp. It's been over 100 most of the week.

Not including the heat index it's 106 right now at 6:02pm. It's been at least that every day for the past three or four days and our ac went out yesterday. Husband had to make an emergency call to the AC guys who said they were booked solid. He calmly explained that I'm 34.5 weeks pregnant and they were nice enough to come out in a matter of hours. Luckily they were able to fix it and we don't have to completely replace it (yet!).

It’s 90 right now but the weekend before last it was 112 so I’m hoping that this nice little “cool” streak continues. July and August are going to be MISERABLE.

It hit 91 here today. Our AC worked hard and kept our house below 72, thank God.

Very. I'm in NY and we're renting a place from people who donmdecided to go green and get rid of their air conditioner downstairs. Yuck!
