First- how long after your LO started STTN did you get AF back?
Second- with all of the tons of categories available to post in, it's funny that there's no "Your Period" or "Your AF." I kind of looked for one or the other!
We plan to NTNP by late fall or so...Just wondering if she forgot about me. Or how far down on her list I am.

I got mine once at 6 months pp - this was after L STTN from 2-5 months then had a major regression until 7.5 months. Now he is 8 months and 1 week and sleeping much better, and I got my period today for the second time (69 days since my last one). So basically no pattern, no predictability so far.

LO started sleeping through the night at 2.5 months and had zero sleep regressions. She went 12 to 13 hours every night without feeding but AF didn't return until 8.5 months pp and I only had two six week cycles before I got KU again!

About 4 weeks after we started sleep training AF paid me a visit (beginning of this month - so 10 months pp)! I totes thought she had given up and was putting me out to pasture.

AF returned 3 & 4 weeks PP. Both LOs started sleeping through the night at 8 weeks.

LO STTN from 6 weeks to 3.5 months then regressed and still has not returned to consistently STTN. My period just came back this week at 7.5 months pp.

LO was STTN 8+ hours by about 8 weeks old. She's 8.5 months old now and still no sign of AF.

DD started sleeping over 6 hours around 2 months, then the full 12+ hours an 2.5. AF came back at 5 months.

9 months pp with DD (she wasn't STTN) and 11 with DS (also was not STTN)!

For me it was more that he started eating more real food at 10 months and nursing progressively less, not so much STTN- he's been very hit and miss with that.

I got mine at two months PP while still nursing and have had it since, I love this YouTube vlogger named plusoneplease though and she was using fertileaid to get her cycle back while nursing. It seems like its going well because she had some positive OPKs recently so perhaps you could look into that to help get things going. So excited to follow your journey for baby #2!!! It will be nice to ttc while loving on a sweet little one.

LO began sleeping thru at around 6 months an we had 2 months of that and she went thru what was either a regression or maybe her sleep was messed up by traveling. Anyway she is back to sttn and no period yet. She is 9 months next week.

LO has been STTN since 6 weeks. I've had one period at 6 months. Nothing else to speak of (she's almost 8 months)

With Charlie it came back 1 months after I weaned so at 11 months. It came back at 16 months with Olive though I was still nursing. Maybe because that's when age started sttn. Charlie sttn at 4.5 months.

Noelle started STTN by 6 months, but AF didn't return until she was 13 months (2 months after we weaned).

I think I'm an outlier in this regard. It returned at 2 years pp. (I've never had any health issues and have a totally normal cycle now.) LO was still nursing 1x at night at that point, for like 5 minutes total.

STTN had nothing to do with it for me- mine didn't return until a couple of months after I weaned, at 10.5 months PP, even though DD had been STTN for months.

@honeybear: That is my dream! We're spacing kids out by several years and I would love to wake up 1x a night in exchange for not having my period for a while longer. LO is 8 months and no sign of it yet (or of her STTN either).

I'm 9 months pp and LO has been sttn for a few months (still BFing 2x a day, sometimes 3) and no period yet!!!
We want to start TTC soon so hopefully it comes back!

DS started STTN at 12 weeks, AF returned (very irregularly) at 4.5 months. Now at 8 months, I'm pretty regular.

DS started STTN very early on but I didn't get AF until 9.5 months PP, I think it was because I took away a pumping session during the day.

DD slept through the night really early on. AF didn't come back until I started her on solids.
