This may have been asked before (I did search but maybe not super hard 
) but how long did it take for AF to return for any bees who have had a miscarriage? It's been about 3 weeks since I miscarried at 8w and I feel anxious to try again. My OB/GYN did ask that I wait until after AF returned.
I've read elsewhere on the internet that it's generally 4-6 weeks. I could swear I'm about to get it any moment but not sure if it's wishful thinking

Mine came back 36 days post D&C. I normally have long cycles (45-50 days), so that was actually pretty quick.

Mine was about normal (4 weeks) but my cycles after that were off.

After my mc at 7w, AF returned as per usual. I O'd day 18 after starting mc and AF came about 8 days later which was pretty typical for me. Then I began to realize I had a very short luteal phase but that's another story!

AF showed up 4 weeks after my miscarriage. My next period after that took about 10 weeks though, and my doctor said its common to have irregularity.

Both times were right at 4 weeks, calculated from first day of cramping and bleeding.

After my D&C it took about 7 wks. With my natural m/c, it was right on time at 4 wks.

It's been about a month for me post d&c at 8 weeks, still waiting! My dr gave us the green light to try as soon as we want, no need to wait for AF, but I highly doubt i will ovulate this cycle. Hope you get yours soon!

Mine came 27 days after my d&c. I also had an early mc at 5 weeks, and I got a period about 6 weeks after that, although there was a lot of bleeding/ spotting in there that made it confusing. I bounced back quicker after the 1st miscarriage/ d&c. I hope yours comes back asap!!

I went immediately back to my normal cycle after my missed miscarriage and d&e at 21 weeks. It restarted like nothing had every happened, which I guess is good but made me sad at the time that my body thought everything was ok.

I had a m/c at around 5 weeks (naturally), and my cycle returned the next month around when it should have. I have friends who had D&Cs who had to wait a little longer for AF to return.

My first one I wasn't using FF or any other tracker, so I don't remember. This last one I had a D&C on Aug 7th. 32 days later I got AF. And I feel like I'm about to get her again, right around my normal cycle schedule (27-ish days).
