We're getting ready to sleep train. I'm curious how long it took for you to feel like it was successful and what method you used.

charlie took 3 days of night training, but by the second night he fell asleep without a peep but woke up in the middle of the night.
olive took 2-3 nights as well, but we had to give it a couple of tries because she kept getting sick and regressing. but both never cried for very long and never at full intensity, and overall they were both pretty easy to sleep train.
nap training charlie was really hard, but nap training olive was a breeze!

About 3 days for Noelle. We haven't sleep trained Jaren yet but I think he'll be pretty easy since he's nowhere as feisty as Noelle. Even for naps right now he fusses for no more than 10 minutes max before falling asleep.

we used sleep sense stay in the room for both nights and naps. DD sttn on night TWO, and haven't had to go to her room after bedtime since. DS sttn on night four I think. Naps were pretty easy too. Since about 2 weeks, I've been able to just lay them down after books and they put themselves to sleep with minimal noise. We started at 10 months.

Elliot took 3 days until he was going to sleep with no crying. We used CIO extinction. And that was after he cried for over an hour on night 1!!
ETA: He was 5.5 months old.

We're on night three of CIO with checks tonight and she fell asleep in under 10 min. The first night was 44 minutes, night two was 20-something. So far, we're really happy with it.
LO is 16 weeks so we're doing it pretty early but putting her down was taking 2-3 hours of walking and bouncing per night. We were too exhausted to continue that.

we did CIO (no checks) for night weaning and it worked in 1 night.
