We were successful on our first try. I had been charting for 3 years before that, and was pretty certain when I was ovulating. I was convinced we would have trouble, I was 35 when I gave birth.

We had "The Baby Talk" and I'm pretty sure I laid an egg on the spot. Positive test 3 weeks later. We were verrrrry blessed.

I got pregnant my very first cycle we started trying... I had been charting for about 4 months prior to TTC. Unfortunately, I miscarried at 10 weeks.
We are back to trying-- haven't had luck these last two cycles.
We are on MONTH 8.

The first time, I got pregnant four months after going off hormonal birth control - it ended with an early loss. We have yet to get pregnant again. I'm testing for autoimmune issues and am facing early diminished ovarian reserve. We've been TTC for 12 months.

I had gone off BC before our wedding in September 2010 and just had the "if it happens, it happens" mentality. We had planned on actively trying at the end of 2011, but found out I was pregnant in May 2011! I am 24 weeks pregnant with a little girl and am super excited to meet her.

The first time was a surprise and ended in mc.
This time around it took us 3 cycles of trying :). The first two months I would think about it 24.7 and the month that I actually just felt blah about it - it happened!

It took us 7 months the first time. This second pregnancy happened two months before we were officially TTC.

We got very lucky and got KU the first cycle we tried. I went of BC two months ahead of time to let it get out of my system and was charting/using OPKs.

I went off of my bc in aug 10, but we weren't actively "trying" - no charting or anything like that {I honestly have no idea how long my cycle even is? when are you supposed to start counting?} - just not preventing. I got pregnant in late may 11 & am due late feb/early march 12.

We are in our 6th month of trying. I'd been on the pilll for 10+ years until March and I'm 32. I've been to my nurse midwife last month and this month because I was getting nervous. She actually thinks that I had a chemical pregnancy last month bc of when I ovulated and then I was a week late. She thinks my body is still getting back to normal and this month looks good (I'd been ovulating super early). So far, Taking Charge of Your Fertility, charting, and my CBE OPK is helping me stay confident that it'll happen. Some days it's really hard.

My husband and I are TTC our first. We are in our 6th cycle now. I started charting 4 cycles ago, but I feel like this is the first time I've really gotten it. So I'm hoping it won't take too much longer!

We just started TTC and I'm really worried about having trouble. My husband needs to be on medication for his asthma. OB says that the drugs he takes may or may not affect his fertility. Thanks, Doc! Guess I'll just have to wait and see.

It took us 10 cycles. Nine of those cycles with temp charting and 5 of those cycles with the addition of a CBEFM.

We got pregnant the first month we tried. Definitely Blessed! Hope that happens again when we try for Baby Deux in the spring.

We've been TTC for 10 cycles now. While I never saw a BFP, I had a very long cycle in March with many symptoms that led my dr to believe it was a chemical pregnancy. Hard to tell, though, because I wasn't (yet) obsessively peeing on sticks. I think it might be easier this way, not knowing.
