It's 4 weeks today and I'm still spotting. My HCG levels were 45 a week a go, I've had an u/s which looked good, what the heck is going on? My doctor isn't concerned so I'm trying not to be, but jeez. I was about 8w4d but the baby measured only 6w2d.
