I'm over a week into a 400 page book and only halfway through! 
I work full time and DD2 will not sleep till almost 930p these days and up by 5am. By the time she's in bed, I can barely keep my eyes opened!
I remember the days where I had all the time in the world and would finish a 400 page book In a day!

Depending on how interested I am. I can finish a 400 page book in a day. Averaging around 100 pages an hour.
I was an English major, had to read like 7 books in a week. @_@

It takes me a a loooooong time. These days, I only have time to read if I'm out to lunch. I also read a lot of articles. I'm still only on like page 50 of the book I started 2.5 weeks ago.

Last month I averaged a book every 5-6 days. They were 425-700 page books. It really just depends on how busy I am and how interested I am in the book.

Around 2 weeks usually. Although I'm at 2 weeks on my current book today and still have about 100 pages to go...

@Adira: haha I'm thinking that's the new me. LOL I ised to devour enormous books in a day, no problem. These days I have no free time. I'm literally fighting to stay awake to take a shower before bed!
I'm super interested in my current book but running on exhaustion with averaging 5-6 hours of sleep a night. Yawn

It really depends. Like you, I used to be able to read an entire book in a day. Now that DD is sleeping better, I have more time and energy for reading, and if I'm really into a book, might finish it I a couple days. But, I also go through months where I don't have the energy to even open a book.

I'm exactly where you are. I read a lot, and an average book would last me 2-3 days max. These days it's weeks, especially in kiddo's current phase of needing me to sleep next to her (and she goes to bed late too, so I'm dead by the time she's finally out). My goal is to get through 70 books this year and I'm at 34 right now.

Depends on the book! I'm a fast reader when I sit down to do it, but I have to force myself to get started. I've never loved reading. I try to read one book per month, and so far this year am on track
