My youngest gets a night time diaper on, teeth brushed and that's it. She doesn't sit for stories yet so her routine is just a couple of minutes. LO2 has to brush her teeth and go potty and age does everything she can to make that last forever. Then we read a couple of stories and that takes a few minutes too. In total her routine is about 20 minutes. It seems like it takes forever but I'm sure that's pretty average! I'm not including baths since those happen every other night and there is usually a little play time afterwards.

The baby just gets changed and has a bottle so probably 15 mins? If he has a bath add 5-10 mins in.
T more or less needs a bath every night now that he's outside a lot. So that, brush teeth, Jammie's, potty, 2 books (and if dad is doing bedtime a music video in the phone) it's at least 30-45 mins.

Not too long. She likes to splash and play if she takes a bath, but doesn't get one every night. We do teeth, diaper and pjs, she will sometimes nurse, book and song, and off to bed. Last night, as I was putting her in the crib and singing a song, she started waving bye-bye to me...I didn't even get to finish singing before she basically kicked me out. I know I should be glad that she goes down easily (for now, at least...) but I really hope she wasn't judging my singing abilities just yet, she's only 18 months and I don't think I'm THAT bad!!!

5 ish mins for a bath. 2 mins for pjs, diaper and lotion. 5 mins for bottle. So about 12 mins!

About 30 minute, including the bath. DH bathes her, brushes teeth, then it's diaper, PJs, baby doll collection, then we close the curtains, put them to sleep in her crib, turn the white noise on and it's bedtime.
She still falls asleep with us in her room holding her hand but she's out cold within 10 minutes.

I won't include bath because J takes a long bath but once he's out....it's pj's, one story and lights out. Less than 10 mins.

About 30 min but mostly only because she still has reflux so we can't put her down to sleep until 20 min after she eats. So diaper change/pjs, bottle, brush teeth, run around her room a bit to kill time, 2 books, into sleep sack, song, put down. If we cut out the run around time it'd probably be 20 min or less.

Probably at least 45 minutes, especially my solo nights. Bathe both kids together, lotion, get dressed, teeth brushed, stories. Big one gets put to bed, then nurse baby one last time.

Anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours (if she's taken a nap and isn't tired yet).

It's super short now, about 10 minutes. Even if they don't fall asleep right away, they'll babble/chit-chat together for awhile on their own without us there. Our rule is they are just not allowed to physically get out of their bed, so even if they're still up and rolling around in bed or quietly reading their books to fall asleep... it's ok with us.

About 30 minutes, including a lot of books, teeth brushing, bath, diaper, and pajamas (in that order). I like the long story time, which is a lot of our quality time during the week, because I work.

10 minutes tops. We go upstairs, change dipe and put on jammies, then read 3 books. A quick hug and kiss and end with singing twinkle twinkle and the ABC song. Once or twice a week we have a bath which adds about 20 minutes because DH likes to blowdry her hair.

About 15 minutes for the 18 month old and an hour for the 3 year old. But it's not uncommon that some nights I'm doing bedtime for two hours between the two kids.
