I have gained about 6 lbs over the last year and my clothes are tight!!!
I have been "trying" to work out and "trying" to eat better with no avail.
I also cant bring myself to get rid of clothes that no longer fit.
So how long would you give yourself to lose weight or toss the clothes?
1 month?
3 months?
6 months?
1 year?
I feel like I need to give myself a deadline.
If it matters I am done having kids and 38 yrs old
