I only did it for two months until I decided to wean. Didn't have any supply problems during that time.

I did it until 21 months or so although eventually it looked more like mornings only. We weaned because she was barely nursing and it felt like time but I think I could have kept going if needed

My body adapted. By the time she was close to two, it really didn't matter if she nursed a lot during the day or just once or twice. It was easy to handle the fluctuations without getting uncomfortable or worrying about not having enough. As they get older it does definitely become less about the milk and nutrition, and most women's supply naturally decreases. Your body will most likely continue to make milk to meet whatever the demands are. I love the toddler stage because it is so relaxed and no-pressure. Now if only I could get Lorelei to stop asking in creatively embarassing ways in public...

Still going at 23 months. She'll be 2 in a couple of weeks and if she had it her way this nursing thing would last forever. Seems to be enough to satisfy her--we do morning & night M-F and morning, nap & night on the weekends.

Still nursing mornings and during late afternoon nap at 15 months. Couldn't nurse for bed because she is too active and distracted.

26 months and could easily have gone on longer!

Still going at 16 months!

Still going at 20 months, morning and night. On weekdays, as soon as we get home from daycare. On the weekends, on demand. And usually once in the middle of the night, though last night it was more.

Just morning and night a little over a month? I think it could have gone longer but he got sick and couldn't latch on at all because of the congestion, and I was past my long-term goal and wasn't pumping, so my supply tanked.
