3. Plus 1. She's suckered daddy into reading one more these days right before bed.

2-3 in the rocking chair. We read a few more in the playroom before we head upstairs though!

Her max attention span for books right now is 5 min (and that is pushing it sometimes) so however many books that is, depending on the book.

5845843758 or at least it feels like it. Both m daughter and son like books and want like a zillion before bed. With my daughter its easier as she will listen to a story and then move on to the next. My son can take like 20 minutes to get through one book. He needs to draw every page on his MagnaDoodle, he needs to examine all the pictures closely, he needs to ask questions and look back at other pages to be sure and then he needs to do this for the next million books. I love books and I love reading and I love they inherited this love but sometimes Im so exhausted and this is just the straw that breaks the camels back at the end of the night for me. I try limit my son to 2 if he insists on making a production when we read

3 always. If I didn't stick to 3, he'd want 10.

2-3 books and then I sing a couple songs.

1 book is all I read to DD. If I read anymore than she will be throwing fits wanting me to read all night. Sometimes not even 1 book because she asks me to be quiet while I'm reading.

Depends on the night. Anywhere from 1-5. She likes to "read" herself though, so some nights she will just ask for a book and want to get in her crib so she can read it to her babies/animals. Watching her read to her "friends" over the monitor is my favorite thing ever.
