Have a sling, Moby wrap and Ergo. After a month or so I just used the Ergo and never really used the sling.

A lot...technically 9.
-2 Tulas, one for me, one for my husband. We'll resell when we're done, I plan to babywear for years, and we use them every day. They were my one baby related splurge.
-1 diy ring sling
-1 cheapie infantino mei tai. Loved it for the newborn days, don't use much now.
-1 moby
-3 diy mobys. I had a bunch of cotton jersey fabric I got at a garage sale for a dollar, so I made up 3 wraps and stashed them in the car, in my bag, etc.
-1 woven wrap, which I should probably sell or convert to a ring sling, since I never use it.

We have 4: a Boba wrap, an Ergo, a Beco Gemini, and a Tula. The only one we're currently using is the Tula--my SIL is borrowing the others for her 9 week old.

I want to get a ring sling and a Solly wrap for this next baby!

@snowjewelz: Not sure which Ergo you have, but the high back on our Tula has worked waaaaaay longer for us. It gives her much better support and I don't have to be freaked out if she leans back!

2 - Moby and Beco Gemini

Just 1! A Beco Gemini that has met all our needs.

For those of you with DHs who think you have too many carriers - I suggest showing them people's stash photos from some of the babywearing communities. Major perspective when you see somebody's $3-5K wall of wraps!

Right now we own 5, with two of them on loan to friends (Moby and Ergo). Our workhorse is our beautiful organic Lillebaby in blue Celeste, as well as our iced butterfly pine Flytai (the Lillebaby is best for places where we need to get her up and down a lot; the Flytai is much more comfortable for long walks since we can get her weight up high and of course I love doing the fancy front-finishes). I also own a WCMT from a Didymos wrap but I'm getting ready to sell that. I think I'm good for now on our stash, though I do look at WC Tulas from time to time.

@LulaBee: I had one and didn't love it - I found it stiffer and less comfortable than my travel Ergo. My son only really liked the inward facing front carry, though, so I also didn't really need to like it. We ended up selling ours.

@LulaBee: I have an Ergo 360 and I love it. It is fairly warm though. My husband and I both use it comfortably and he's 6'2 and I'm 5'2. I actually just used it over the weekend to carry my 21lb 8 month old at a science museum for over four hours comfortably and I'm super out of shape and have major back problems. At the end of the day my feet were killing me but my back was fine. We also used the infant insert when DD was an infant and we liked it.

In addition to the Ergo I have a linen SBP ring sling which I also love. I'm dying for a woven but it's just not in the budget right now.

I borrowed a Moby when my LO was wee and we both loved it.

I have an Infantino Mei Tei that I like a lot, an Ergo that I haven't used with G yet, and a Moby that I only used once or twice. I would like a ring sling and a Tula

Baby hawk mei tai.

I used the ring sling or Tula or both everyday for most of the first year after I got them. The baby hawk I got a little too late, I think it would be more comfortable earlier. Now that my 15m is 31 lbs, the ring sling isn't very comfortable but will work in a pinch, and I keep hurting my shoulder so the Tula has been in the closet

@snowjewelz: hence the hurt shoulder

I was all about baby wearing but now I have to be a stroller mama. I wish I found the back carry more comfortable. I actually used the Tula in a front carry today at the doctors just cause he had a fever and I wanted him close. I feel kinda ridiculous like I have a giant attached to me. Lol!

I love Tekhni woven wraps so I'm selling almost all of my other carriers. I have Tekhni wraps in almost every size. I have a Bekhni which is the Tekhni WC In the Beco Soliel. Oh, I do love my Fidella flytai. I'm selling my barely used Tulas and Little Frog ring slings.

None of my woven wraps are more than $250 (most are $150 ish) so at least I'm not into the woven wraps that cost $300 and up. I think I've seen one selling for $600. I don't even want to go near one because I don't want to see how they feel.

I never liked high end brands but Tekhni has really brought it out of me.

@pastemoo: I don't feel bad about my wraps. Strollers gets 50% resale value while the woven wraps I own are being resold used (of course broken in) at retail or more. I could easily sell my wraps if we needed money and get 90% of money back.

I do love strollers but I think I can splurge a little on baby carriers.

I am thinking if God forbid something happens to me that DH knows not to donate my wraps. Haha.

1 wrap, a moby. I'll probably sell it soon, I'm not much of a baby wearer though I really did try!
