I see all the ones you mentioned as well as the eye doctor. It is a lot, especially in the years when you are pregnant or have a newborn who goes for wellness checks all the time, too. We're in good health, though, so we gotta try and keep it that way!

Usually I see a dentist yearly, and a GP and optometrist every 2 years. That's it.
I will have to start seeing a GYN yearly though after the baby.

Dermatologist - once a year
OB - once a year, but I've seen her a handful of times now due to TTC
General Physician - couple times a year (annual physical and any illness)
Dentist - twice a year
Chiropractor - twice a month

Dentist (usually once a year, not twice. I know, I know...)
GP when needed
Eye Doctor (Every other year)
Retinal Doctor (Every other year alternating from eye doc)
Neurologist (for migraines and carpal tunnel) - Every year or so
Ob - right now I see him every two weeks. I can't wait until it's 1x a year!

GP- Annual Physical and all DD's well baby visits
Dentist- Annual
OB- Only when I'm pregnant
Chiro- monthly
Naturopath- Every other month or so for DD

I used to average 2-3, but now that I'm older and take better care of myself and am trying to get pregnant it's more like 6-7
