My Gram is the only living Grandparent I have. This weekend, M got to meet her. It was so special, Gram loved her so much.
How many generations are alive in your family? Do you take pictures together to remember it?

We just lost my great-grandma a couple weeks ago, so there were 5. So now just 4, which is still really good.

None of my grandparents are alive so it's just my parents and myself right now.

My paternal grandfather is still alive but that's it for my family (well, and a step-grandmother). He lives pretty far away too so he's never met LO. Both of DH's paternal grandparents are alive (unfortunately FIL passed away a few months ago though). So each side has four generations which is pretty cool although I do wish my grandmother had met LO (and my FIL).
So LO has three great-grandparents and three grandparents at the moment. DH's grandparents love LO so much.

Four on my mom's side and three on my dad's. Hopefully I'll have a LO soon so I can take a 5 generation picture!

Paternal - 4. Although there was a time that we had 5. My Great Grandma passed away in '05.
Maternal - 3. Both of my Grandparents passed away on my moms side already.

About to be four generations once LO arrives. My paternal grandmother is still living (and she's almost 90 - hoorah!)

DH has a grandfather but he is estranged from the family. All the rest of our grandparents are no longer living. My great-grandmother is living and I am hopeful that my Mom, me, and LO can go see her at Thanksgiving and get a picture with her! She's 91 (I think) and lives in rural VA, and we live in MA, so not that easy to pop over and say hey!

None. My last grandfather died a few years ago. My DH only has one step-grandmother left and we don't see her hardly ever. It's just us and our parents!

I have no grandparents, and LO isn't here yet...so right now, only 2. In Feb, 3!
DH still has both grandmothers however.
