I stood a lot of yesterday and today I woke up sooo stiff and sore! I am realizing that I need to work out these standing muscles in my hips, legs and core, since I don't usually stand that much.

Not much, we got for a nighly walk and I cook dinner and that's about it! Week days I'm at a desk, I do get up and stretch every hour or so but it's pretty sad how much time I spend sitting!

Weekdays - not much since I sit at a desk all day.
Weekends - I stand 9+ hours each day working at our shop.

I'm up and down all day, but mostly up. At work, I'm standing for most of the day, but I'm also on the floor/at the tables with the kids a lot.

In a 9-91/2 hour shift at work, I'm lucky to sit for 30 minutes (on lunch). The rest of my time is on my feet. I do this 5 days a week.
Make sure you have shoes that really support your feet! I've had stress fractures in my right foot twice because of so much standing and walking.

I spend my entire day either sitting at my desk or running around to meetings (and sitting in meetings). When I get home I'm pretty much standing until after dinner is all cleared away, then I'm sitting the rest of the day!
It has been difficult to stand for long periods of time or exercise with this pregnancy because baby is head down and putting lots of pressure on my groin area. The pain is excruciating after a day out and about... I can't even get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night without crying out in pain!
