Both of my LO's have A&A blankets as their Lovey's. LO1 has 5 and LO2 has 7! Some have been well loved so they won't make it much longer so it's nice we have several back ups. I only have one lovey as a kid and if we ever forgot it somewhere it was heartbreaking for me! Glad we can avoid that with the girls

They both love their A&A blankets too. Xander has 8, but he only really LOVES 3 of them (WTF?) and Logan has 6 and seems to love them all equally, although his favorite's are Xander's...

Two! They are different too. I found that DD loves to stroke the long bunny ears on her first lovey, so I took a chance and just got a similar one, and she's totally fine with both! One goes to daycare with her for naps.

LO love his A&A blankets the most and he has gone through phases with some stuffed animals. He went through a phase too where he had to bring his Thomas the train everywhere we went.

DS1 has A&A security blankets as his lovey and we have about 7 of them. He also sleeps with an A&A blanket and we probably have about 6-7 of them as well. He's not picky about them in regards to color and patterns. I hope to get DS2 on the same type of lovey/blankie combo so that I can use multiple of them as well!

@Bao: @Adira: @californiadreams: Were/are they okay using the A&A blankets as loveys when they were younger? I'm just nervous about him getting tangled up in one because they are pretty big.

He has three of the same one - an Angel Dear fox lovey. I guess this is popular bc they sell them as "a pair and a spare" - although I didn't buy them as a set.

@Freckles: We originally used them for swaddling when they were babies. And we still half-swaddle Logan at 11 months, although when I get him in the morning, he's no longer swaddled. The blankets are so breathable though, so I don't worry.

1, 2, 3, or 4 depending on how you count. I'd say her only real lovey is her stuffed bunny that she love love loves. But we have a backup bunny that I switch out (only let her see 1 at a time lol) regularly so I can keep them clean and wearing evenly. She also has two paci-plushies in her crib that she loves and given the option she'll carry around all 3 when they are available but she's most obsessed with the bunny.

Just 1 lovey (same since she was a newborn) - my hands.
Don't get me wrong, she has to carry different "friends" with her everywhere she goes and sleeps with like 739473489637264 stuffed animals and dolls, but the only real lovey is holding my hands. Love it
When she gets upset she still says "I need some hands of mama"

my son is a stuffy hoarder but his bo bo (blanket) and stuffed dog are his loveys
we made the dog at build a bear so it's hard to wash so we made a new one.. they've discontinued the style though so I don't know what to do!

B- 2 identical Pooh bear stuffed animals. We got the first one when he was 6 months old and recently got a 2nd one just in case the first goes missing. But he knows the difference.....
E- Any A & A blanket and any wubbanub. Girlfriend loves to hold the wubbanub animal and rub the blanket on her face!

Zero! Nada! He never took to anything and still doesn't, which means he never learned to self soothe as an infant. Sigh.

DS loves his Angel Dear puppy lovey. We used to have four, but then we lost one and now have three. DD is only 10 months and while I have tried to introduce her to her Angel Dear giraffe lovey, she still hasn't caught on.

A has two - a jellycat dog and a penguin she got in the aquarium gift shop.
We joke that B uses my boobs as a lovey - not nursing, but just sticking his hands down my shirt when he's tired, not feeling well, in a new place, needs comfort. I'm trying to get him attached to his Blabla dog, but nothing compares to my chest.

Tons! Her main ones are Angel Dear blankies, a monkey and a puppy. But she rotates her attentions so there are often other of her stuffed animals that she CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT for a couple days at a time.

LO has a collection of stuffed animals that he sleeps with. He has two that are his very favorites, and one of them in particular that he always cuddles with to go to sleep.
