Ideally I'd love to eat 5 small meals a day. It keeps your metabolism constantly working, and you don't get overhungry and overeat.

The reality is that I usually eat 2 meals a day. A quick breakfast like cereal or a muffin at my desk while I'm working. And then a simple dinner. Oh and lots of random unhealthy snacks and sweets because I eat at different times every day, so I need to stave off the hunger.
