I forgot the pair of slippers my mom gave her over Thanksgiving. Slippers for a toddler. Silly.

LO is kind of in beween sizes, so she doesn't have too many that actually fit right now. She has 4 that she's just about grown out of (can still fit in tights, but not socks), two that fit perfectly right now, and two that are a bit big. Plus some hand-me-down shoes that aren't my fave (very rigid), so I'm not sure she'll ever wear them.

We have a problem. I'll just leave it at that.
My LO's feet never grow very fast, so we get lots of wear out of shoes. Yep, total justification.
And also getting to pass them down to a second girl has been extra justification! I'm pretty pumped the LO2 will get to use most of her stuff!

Two pairs. He used to only have one pair per size, but then he stepped in a pile of nastiness courtesy of some neighborhood mutt and I had to take him to the shoe store in his stocking feet...

My twins boys are also almost two and have two pairs each; one pair of Stride Rite sneakers they wear on day care days, walks, etc, and a "backup" pair of cheapo sneakers I got at Payless. I want rainboots so they can play in the yard after it rains or really anytime lately--the grass is always wet! They didn't get their first pair of real shoes until they were 15 months and then they only had one pair each.

@rachiecakes: @ra: They have GREAT boys' shoes!
@birdofafeather: @yoursilverlining: @PrincessBaby: Fellow shoe-aholics!
Actually, I never thought I was a "shoe" person, but since Lo could walk well, her shoe count continues to rise. I'm too scared to count.

I'm surprised by those that say only 2 pairs though because LO destroys her shoes and she has a lot! She doesn't even wear shoes a lot of the time too!

L has 2 pairs right now - some Toms and some Uggs (Thanks to @yoursilverlining: )
I need to get her 1 more pair of boots for wet weather

A boatload (and by boatload, I mean a tanker full). Good thing I'm having a second girl.

We have so many shoes!!
I save the nicer ones for her sister, so there are boxes. I think they each have 6-7 pairs, 15 months and 3 years. Then there's probably 15 pairs in storage between the 2!!

He has 2 pairs of sneakers and 1 pair of winter boots. He's 28 months.
He went from size 4 to size 7 in just over a year. No way I was spending money on extra pairs of shoes when they only lasted a few months anyway.

L is 22 months and has 4 - sneakers, vans slip-ons, winter boots and dress shoes.
