I have two in each. It used to be three and then I decided to let the third close up. I also have my antihelix pierced on the right side.

i have 4 in each ear, double lobe holes (that sounds gross) and then two in the cartilage on each. i haven't worn the ones in the cartilage in years though and i can't remember the last time i did something in the 2nd hole (again, gross). but i wore pearls or diamond studs in the 2nd all through college.

Two in each ear lobe and one cartilage. I used to have my tragus pierced also, but it kept getting infected so I took it out.

Right now, I have a total of 3 - my ear lobes and 1 in the cartilage. For a while I had 2 cartilage and the lobe in my left ear, and 3 cartilage and the lobe in my right ear.
