We went a few months without any playdates this winter, it was brutal! We had one this week and it was so nice for my girls to play and interact. We've been together with family who has kids but I don't consider those playdates as much.
How many playdates does your LO average per week or per month? What do you usually do on a playdate? I want to schedule more playdates especially now that spring is coming!

Zero! And that's ok with me.
Haha , in all honesty, I wouldn't mind if he had them, but it's just not something I've done...and I don't think it's really necessary.
He really only plays with kids his age when we have family over or visit them..which is not very often.

2-3 right now because I am on mat leave (Canadian so it is a long one!). When I am working, usually only 1 per week, but then he is in daycare 3-4 days a week so he is getting lots of social interaction, as am I!

Maybe 2-3 a week? But it's more like, I get to hang out with friends who are moms who also have LOs to play with? Anything from just hanging out at the mall/shopping plaza, lunch, Disneyland, going to each other's house, or the park.

I have very very few mom friends and the ones I do have are either homeschooling 2 of her 4 children or they WOH. We've been going to library storytime every week since LO was like 4 months (now 18) and I've only made acqauintamces. I'm lonely and feel a little concerned about LO learning how to interact.

2-3? My nanny is a rockstar and made it her mission to find nannies with other kids my daughter's age. Now she has a little group of friends she sees regularly. Left to my own devices, we'd probably have 0. I am super awkward at making new mommy friends despite being a relatively outgoing person.

0. I only have one local mom friend and we both work so it's hard to get together.
DDs are in daycare so they get plenty of social interaction.

0 unless her daycare situation counts! We need to do more. I took her to play at an indoor gym this evening and she was so mean to other kids. I don't think she knows how she's supposed to act and play. It made me sad

I stay at home so usually 1-3 a week. Had one today and have another on Wed. Typically it's moms hanging out and the babies play since Ds is only 11 months.

@regberadaisy: I've looked and am having trouble finding one. I joined one when LO was smaller but many of the play dates were scheduled for places that were 45 + minutes away from us so we quit going. I need to look around again and see if I can find something!

3-4? I SAHM and I have a group of SAHMs I regularly hang out with. We usually just do the park or the library or we take an art class together!
