We brush twice a day: once after breakfast, and once before bedtime (both with fluoride). If we're in a hurry in the morning, sometimes we use the Xylitol toothpaste since they can just swallow that. Every minute counts in the morning!

2x a day! But sometimes our older one battles me like crazy at night. And I don't want to wake her little sister so I let her get away with "waiting til morning." She hates brushing her teeth.

My DH always forgets in the am and he's not up when I leave.

I'm happy if we can do it once a day. It's really a struggle. The morning is so difficult so I try to at least get one good one at night.

Usually once. She usually will let us brush them in the am on the weekends. But weekdays I ask and if she says no, I don't fight her.

2x good brushing, he's obsessed w brushing his own teeth so he does them during the day sometimes.
