Well, I've said "I love you" to two guys, my one super serious ex and DH. I loved my ex as much as my heart knew to love and I was devastated by the end of our relationship, even though I was the one who cut it off. When DH and I fell in love, I realized that the depth of my love for my ex was so shallow compared to how I felt about DH. So, I guess I kind of feel like what @chopsuey119: said.

3 times I guess... 1 HS bf (surface/puppy love), 1 long term college bf (drama/rollercoaster love) and then DH who I started dating days before he graduated college and I moved home. This love is steady, and stable. I prefer it!

I've been in love 5 times, but thinking back, only two (including my husband) was for real. I think i'm just the type that falls in love too easily and quickly!
