I usually brush morning and night. Not gonna lie--sometimes I forget to brush in the am. Or I remember, but I don't care bc Dh is out of town and I'm home alone with the baby

Typically 3 times a day. I just recently had my braces taken off and have to wear retainers, so I brush my teeth after every meal because I think it's nasty to put a retainer back on dirty teeth. Sometimes I'll throw another brushing in there, just because.

I usually brush 2-3 times a day, but unfortuatenly lately it makes me sick so I have been slacking to once a day in the morning and floss/mouthwash before bed. Hopefully it passes so I can get back to my normal routine!
