I'm looking for some in the next size up but all the zipper up fleece ones are more expensive! Carters has a good deal for $8 but are mostly snap up.... Old Navy is out of our sizes and Gap is a little more expensive.
He wears them every night and gets a lot of use out of them, but I don't want to spend 20 bucks on a single sleeper at the Gap!

I try to spend -$15. I buy in consignment shops and sales when I can and if they're in good condition. She doen't wear them out of the house, so they don't have to be the cutest.

OH and another thing, I'm trying to buy more gender neutral stuff since he is our first and we plan to have another....all of these criteria. Haha.

I get them used if I buy them and it's usually about $4/sleeper. That doesn't help, I know. Do you get Gap coupons in your email? They have a 30% off for December 8th (in store only, though).

@mediagirl: I saw that. But they are $26 so even with 30% off....still pricey in my view! Maybe I'll cave and get more of the $8 carters ones even though they snap. Grr.

i bought them all from carters and that was about the best price i got too. you could try ebay -- people might sell them in bulk. i sold all of mine in bulk on my local listserv.

We usually try and keep it uner $10 for a sleeper, I've found Kohls has pretty good prices. I also prefer zippers and gender neutral.

I bet Gap will have huge sales after Christmas. Since you don't have to be particular with the colors, maybe try waiting until then? I hate buying anything at the Gap if I don't get at least 30% off, feel better about 40%, since they are always sending out one sale or another. This applies to baby and adult clothes!

Definitely under $10. They're $7 at Costco and I'll get them from Old navy when there's a sale. Other people rarely see him in his sleepers so it's not as if I can show off his cute outfit!

I hunt the used kids shops- I had a major score and found 5 practically new Carters fleece zipper sleepers for $3 each in the 12 month size. They are very boyish, but I'd have no problem dressing a girl in them at home. Now I gotta start planning for 18 month...

I was at Kohl's yesterday and they had a whole wall of them for 2/$16 or 1 for $9. I got a really cute gender neutral one that says "daddy loves me" to give DH when we're pregnant again - http://www.kohls.com/product/prd-755065/just-born-daddy-loves-me-elephant-sleep-play.jsp. They had 3 or 4 other neutral ones too.
