How much does he track? Mine has major baby fever and unfortunately knows my cycle well enough to know when AF is due....hence the daily questions if it has arrived yet!
As to knowing how conception works and the TWW, the first day after we BD without a goalie we were in a restaurant and he lowered his voice and asked if I had taken a pregnancy test yet. I burst out laughing, poor guy. So I've had to educate him a bit.

Before we started TTC he didn't know much. I don't think he really knew the actual odds of getting pregnant, that there was a certain window of time, etc. Heck, I learned a lot myself. I wish they taught us in school about the telltale signs of ovulation, reading CM, the ACTUAL statistics of getting pregnant when you time things right.

He knows as much as I do. We took Creighton NFP classes together while we were engaged, so he's always been an active participant in family planning.

Before TTC he def did not know anything (nor did I, until I got on HB!). I tell him everything, and I think he retains about 80% of it?

He was not interested in all of the details of temping, cycle tracking, etc. He was just happy for me to let him know when we needed to be BD and when it was time to try to test.

He didn't know anything at all at first, but neither did I. We used OPKs and he caught on pretty quickly to the timing in my cycles and when we should BD. He didn't ask me about pregnancy testing and would have liked for me to wait until I was actually late before testing.

He knows very little. He wanted to know as little as possible, insisting that he didn't want to take the magic out of it. I didn't know much to begin either, but after 3 months of NTNP, I got impatient, researched everything, and we began trying in earnest (well, I did). Two months of that, I had an early miscarriage, a month later, I got pregnant again.

He's a doctor, so knows a lot about the conception process ; ) But has no clue about my cycles, when I'm fertile, when I'm due...he prefers to keep it that way ; )

He knows about the conception process in terms of the science but very little about my own cycle. He knew with DD I had been using a fertility monitor. I got pregnant the 2nd cycle. With DS1 and DS2, we were NTNP and I got pregnant immediately lol.

He knows a little, but doesn't want to hear the details when I talk about CM. He gets squirmy!

My husband doesn't care to remember everything I educated him on when TTC for #1. It only took us three cycles, but I was a nervous wreck about everything because I'd miscarried years before. He recalls a lot of vitamins and me entering information in my phone immediately after BD. This time around, he called me out on it as soon as i picked up my phone. "Oh I see what this was REALLY about!" I'm such a romantic!

He knows some! He knows about ovulation and good timing and such!!
We went to an RE and he learned/saw a lot bahahahah

Not a lot. He gets the basic, health class-learned process, but not a ton of details. He tends to be very squeamish about...everything. If I ever mentioned different types of CM to him, he might pass out. Bodes well for labor...
