on non-school days, especially for church or special events, we go all out. for school, i still like him to look good and coordinated, but i also know things will come back stained!

we always change him out of his sleeper... part of his "morning" routine?

onesie+pants+socks they either color coordinate or print coordinate (starred onesie +starred socks)

It's one of my favorite things to do! He's stylin' head to toe

I change her into her day clothes after her morning nap. I make sure she's super cute anytime we leave the house. If I know we're sticking around the house I put her in her "lounge clothes."

I LOVE dressing my LO! My friends said I should start a baby version of rent the runway because of all of LOs adorable clothes.

i pretty much have him in sleepers with zippers all the time!

DH and i just got so annoyed with all the other clothes with the frequent diaper changes. i do sometimes put him in a cute outfit when we are going out to see other people....but this does not include my weekly mommy and baby fitness class and weekly movie in the theater - he is still in his sleeper for those so when i have to do a diaper change, i don't lose too much time.

eta; he is 3.5 months, i figure when he is a little older, i will start dressing him more for going out - maybe he becomes mobile and everyone can see what he is wearing more?!

Eh, some days I put in an effort, some days we both stay in pajamas (a sleeper for him, yoga pants and a nursing tank for me).

ETA: I never take him out in a sleeper. If we're going somewhere I get him dressed.

@Mrs. Pen: he always looks so stylish! Where do you buy his pants? I like to put DS in pants other than sweatpants but they always seem so uncomfortable and I end up putting him in sweats. They always seem tight on his belly.

Some days I dress him. I make more of an effort when we leave the house. But if he's home all day, a lot of the time he's in sleepers.

@mrskc: I buy his jeans from The childrens place - they fit super well! I also LOVE the knit-waist jeans from gap - especially when he was younger, they weren't tight and didn't dig into his stomach. I bought the colored skinnies from H&M and the colored jeans from Gap

I love to dress them nicely, however at home it's all pajamas and sweats.

Sleepers are definitely "jammies" around her so most days I dress her atleast in a onesie & tights/jeans/leggings.

Now that she's a toddler, a lot, although comfort is still the focus. Before that, I dressed mostly for her comfort and my ease of changing her.

I put alot of effort into her wardrobe. I love picking out her clothes each day. I still dress DS with some cordination but he niw likes to pick out his own clothes.

@FutureMrsMcK: awe thanks I can't wait to see what hair color he has when he is older! It changes so much right now .

Haha, nope! Until he was 4 months or so, he wore sleepers almost all the time. Didn't matter where we were going. They were warm, comfortable, and cute, so who cares? Now--X wants to choose what he wears (at 16 months, he cares!) so I let him choose one item, and try to build something that matches around that. It's not a battle worth fighting, if he wants to wear sweats and we're going to church, fine. If they're weather appropriate, it's ok. Except for Christmas, or other big days. I also lean toward things that are easy on/easy off because X likes to "help" and I like to encourage it. Plus, it makes diaper changes easier. So I steer away from onesies, overalls, buttons...

I put a lot of effort in when she leaves the house. Around the house she is usually in leggings or jeggings and a onesie and hoodie. When we go out she is always styling! Never in sleepers.
