How much milk does your 1 year old drink and when does he/she drink it? Is at meal times or between meal times? And how often do you offer it?

I'm having trouble getting my LO to drink (hemp) milk consistently. She doesn't seem to like drinking at meal times. I can get her to drink it if I sit her on my lap and read to her while she has her sippy cup though.
