I'm doing an MSPI diet right now, so I just have almond milk in my coffee. Usually I eat lots of cereal and have milk that way. That reminds me I should probably be on a calcium supplement on this diet!

Not much. I have a splash of almond milk in my oatmeal but that is it. I don't really like just drinking milk/milk(ish) products.

Normally none, but the last few weeks (third trimester yay) I haven't really wanted to eat much and drinking some milk at least gets some fat and protein in my system!

Pretty much none. I am allergic to dairy so I try to stay away from getting it straight.

Maybe a cup of almond milk? Sometimes none--I only drink it if I have cereal.

Almost none. I am allergic to dairy and only use a small amount of soy or coconut creamer in my coffee.

None. Ew. I eat yogurt (or actually Siggi's skyr) and take calcium supplements. I also enjoy cheese about 4 times a week and cook with almond milk if dairy is required in a recipe. Something about milk makes me gag... Always has. I feel like it is always spoiled!

I'm obsessed with milk when I'm pregnant so I drink probably the same - 2-3 cups.
