2% goes to our mortage. 10% now goes to our rent.

23% of our take-home pay (damn pension plan contributions!) but only because we've been making extra monthly payments to pay down the principle faster. Otherwise it's closer to 15%.
I can't wait until we're mortgage free!

Rent is 24% of our take home pay - this is based off of DH's base salary not taking into account commission.

6% of our take home goes towards or our mortgage. That's with PMI & taxes. All do to great timing and excellent interest rates!

Nothin we are super lucky that DH gets a house as part of his employment one of the reasons we can afford for me to be a SAHM

too much! we live in a super pricey area, and don't have the best jobs. my hubs is pretty much entry level now since he just finished school in may, so hopefully it'll even out more over the next few years.

26% but that's with me being a SAHM, which is only temporary for us! When I go back to work we will be much more comfortable. We could have done it for less but we wanted to live in a specific (nice!) area so it is what it is! Fortunately we have paid off cars so that's one less bill.

I'm a SAHM and we pay about 18% of what my husband brings home in rent. Hopefully we'll be able to cut that a bit when we buy a house.

Wow, I feel like we are spending a lot now! 37% of our net pay goes to mortgage and taxes, we're paying a little extra principle each month, but our minimum payment would still be 33% of our net pay.

Ours is zero too because housing rent is included in DH's employment contract but we do have to pay some form of tax on it.
