Right now I have 25 PTO days. Next year I will have 30, woo hoo! I have a hard enough time using all my PTO I am looking forward to *having* to taking a vacation. I can only roll over 5 days a year.

25 vacation days + 2 personal days. None of these days roll over. I'm also receiving 3 months paid maternity leave.
ETA: I also have unlimited sick days (nobody keeps track as long as you're not abusing the system)

20 vaca days & unlimited sick/personal days, 3 floating holidays, 1 volunteer day

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: not really. I work on a yearly billable hours goal so as long as I meet my yearly goals I guess I can take off as much time as I like. On the flip side I don't have set vacation/sick days. I'm just supposed to meet my goals.

I currently earn 4 sick hours and 4 vacation hours per bi-weekly pay period (so 13 days of each per year). In December, I'll move up to accruing 6 vacation hours per pay period (20 days per year). Right now, I've managed to save up about 10 days of vacation and 30 days of sick leave...hoping not to use much of either and to keep adding to the balances until LO comes, since I have to use the time toward maternity leave.
ETA: my sick leave rolls over indefinitely, and while there's a cap on how much vacation you can roll over, it would take me a couple years of taking no vacation time whatsoever to come anywhere near it.

I don't have PTO, either. I have sick and vacation days. My last job had PTO and it was nice using PTO for dr appointments.
Now, I use vacation or I make up the hours undocumented. My boss says that's fine.

I get 10 vacation days a year ( not enough IMO) and 12 sick days. I accrue it in hours though with each bi-weekly pay period. Next year, I'll start earning 15 vacation days.
@Pepper: I'm really jealous of your 25 days!

20 vacation days, 10 holidays (I think? - some are set, 3 are floating but we have certain days to use them). Not sure about sick since I hardly take it and, like @MrsH: have a yearly billable goal. So if I'm that sick, I end up working at home.
I can roll 5 days over to the next year but have to use them by March.

@mrskc: Vacation time is one of the only reasons I'm still at my job, truth be told! That, and a flexible work schedule.

I get 15 PTO and 6 sick days.
For maternity leave, I can take up to 26 weeks at 60% pay - which we can't live on until DH gets a better job (he just graduated law school), so I'm taking 8 weeks.

17 days of PTO + holidays and 1 floating holiday. My PTO includes everything (sick and vacation). Next year I'll get 20 days.

Two weeks, but I get a minimum of 2 additional paid weeks off that I don't select the weeks. Meh, not great but good enough for me

Five weeks and 11 holiday days is what I get. What I take is about 2 weeks because that's all I have time for.

I accrue 8hrs of sick and 10hrs of vacation a month. I'm using all of my accrued time to help pay for maternity leave, but I'll continue to accrue while I'm out.
DH only gets 15 days total for vacation and sick time, and 5 of those days have to be saved for the last week of the year, when his company is closed and they don't get paid. I think it's pretty crappy.

When I get switched from contractor to permanent employee I'll have "unlimited" PTO. but as my boss said, if you actually took an unlimited amount you wouldn't be working there very long. DH get 18 days PTO and 3 days sick time, and I'll probably take approximately what he does.

10 vacation days and 5 sick days/PTO days. And each day has to be used in an increment of a half day (so even leaving for a 1/2 hour appointment = 1/2 day of vacation/PTO).

4 weeks vacation/year starting in September (I'm at 3 weeks now), 3 personal days, and sick days rollover so I have quite a lot saved up for maternity leave. I've been working at the same company for over 10 years now.

I have about a week or so of vacation and about 2 weeks sick. That's cause I'm just back from maternity leave. I get accrue 2 vacation and 1 sick a month.

PTO. Vacation plus sick days. I have 20 days plus two floaters. We get 6 holidays a year. I can roll over 5 days, won't happen this year!

Technically I am paid a 9-month salary as a professor, so in theory I get 3 months off for summer, plus school vacations. In reality, I take very little vacation time b/c my job requires a huge research commitment that doesn't end when the semester ends. We try to take a week in the spring to go somewhere warm and beachy and two weeks in the summer to see our families in New England. Other than that, I work all the time.

10 days!!! Not too shabby for working part time the past year and a half! I'm about to accrue more in the next 50 hours of work too. I do work way more that I expected originally.

23 days plus 2 floating holidays. And this year I carried over 5 more days!

I get 10 vacation days, 10 sick days, and 5 volunteer days plus 8 federal holidays. We don't get to roll over anything so it is use it or lose it. I just took my volunteer days last week as a sponsor for my church's summer youth camp.

15 Vacation Days and 9 PTO days. We can also roll over 5 vacation days to the next year. Thats what you get from the day you start. I think its pretty generous and have always had enough time.

75 hours. I haven't taken PTO much since April. I want to save it up for our New Orleans anniversary trip.
