I used to put on a lot! Then last fall, I stopped adding salt completely. If it's in the food I will eat it, but I don't add any additional salt.

The amazing thing is that I can't really taste a difference?! I guess I was just used to grabbing that salt shaker. Emotionally though, I do miss salt... I love it and it feels weird not to use it. All bets are off for movie popcorn, though!
