How much pre-baby and how much post-baby?
Pre-baby, to feel well rested, I needed 9 hours of sleep.
Post-baby I feel pretty good if I get 6-7 hours.

Pre baby, 9...post baby, 6 hours of consecutive sleep (so zero wakeups) is amazing (and rare).

I'm still pre-baby, but it varies by season. In the winter, I need a solid eight hours. In the summer, it's closer to 6-7. I have a hard time with it being dark so much in the winter.

I don't know about post baby. In the last 4 months I've gotten One night with almost 5 hours and that felt great. Probably if I could get about 7 that would be wonderful.

Pre baby it was 8-9 hours. Post baby I'm getting 4 consecutive hours if I'm lucky, but 6-7 all told. I'm feeling alright most days, but I know I need more.

Wow some of you are amazing. Pre-baby I was good with 8. When LO was younger I could function, barely, off of 6 total hours 2 wake ups. Now I am a much happier mama getting 7-8 straight hours.

Post baby 7-8, which I rarely get unless she STTN

8 pre-baby was great!
Post baby after 7 hours, I am able to wake up pretty normally...still tired, but 7 hours, especially consecutively is like a dream. My goal at this point is to get that twice a week.
