My hubs has a big birthday next month and we're planning on going on a two days/one night trip without the kids (DS is 3 and DD is 7 mo). This will be our first time going somewhere without them. We don't have any family nearby so I was planning on having our babysitter watch them.

How much do I pay her? We normally pay $20/hr for babysitting, but that rate is ridiculous for two days and overnight.
