It's the year for a ton of booster shots so our next one is going to be expensive. The last one was about $400 for a mass removal.

$500. She cut herself when she fell off the windowsill or something? I come home and find her with a big gash in her tummy. I thought it just needed stitches, but the vet said she had lost a lot of blood and she stayed there 4 nights. Damn cat good thing I love her.

$470 for two dogs and two cats annual exam:
Cats: FVRCP 3 yr for one, rabies vaccination for the other
Dogs: bloodwork for one for a dental, heartworm/lyme snap test for both, rabies for both, fecal for both.
$200 for dental for one dog
$350 emergency hospital visit for one of the dogs when her back legs gave out. Three xrays + medication.
$150 neurologist consult for same dog; thankfully she presented okay and ended up not needing an MRI/surgery.
It's been an expensive two months, to say the least. And this weekend I have a dental coming up for a different dog. Wheee!

Close to $1,000. We learned our cat Bailey had an infection in her teeth, and ended up having to have 14 removed.

In the thousands. He needed a lot of tests done. This is why I'm dreading taking him back. So expensive!

£174 ($265) last week for 6 teeth to be removed. It was worth it though, she's much happier!

I think ours was like $80. It was just a rabies shot, a test for heartworms, and some heartworm meds. We have a 1 year old yorkie and in the beginning it was definitely expensive! I don't look forward to him getting older and possibly having health problems..I've heard little dogs are expensive and he is my baby so I whatever it was I would probably end up paying it!

About $300 - for his yearly appointment/shots, a separate fee for his rabies tag, and six months of his flee, tick, heartworm meds

We got pet insurance. It saves us money overall on vet visits, and more importantly, it will cover the surgery one of them is almost certainly going to need when she gets older. I highly recommend it.

I don't know, we had a credit because they overcharged us with our last dog. I do know that with my pup that passed away we paid $1800 for his vet bills last month.

around $150 for yearly exam + shots + heartworm preventative to take for the next 6 mos

Two cats annual exam and shots - about $250. We always have to decline stuff - they want to do a special "senior" exam, etc. Nope - just check 'em out and vaccinate please.
