For a 7 year old Bob Revolution on Craigslist?

I'm looking for a second stroller to take on the trails so I don't beat up my UBV but I don't want to spend a fortune since I won't use it all that much.

There's a 2007 Bob on Craigslist but she wants $200 which I find pricy! She said she is willing to "talk" but I don't know how much to offer without being insulting. Considering you can get a brand new Bob for $350, or less during sales ...

What would be a fair offer?

Part 2 of my dilemma... There's also a $40 Jeep Overland on CL...would you just get that or try to get the Bob even though it might be more $$? Are Bobs really that amazing?
