My husband is in lots of pictures with our lo. Me? Not so much. I gave my husband my camera a few weekends ago and told him to start taking some pictures with it. I need to just remember to take our DSLR and our point and shoot when we're out. He's better at remembering to use the P&S than he is the DSLR. This is the result of a photo my husband took of M and me with the DSLR....

I already told DH this is a problem for a lot of people and instructed him that he has to take a lot of photos of me and the baby (when it gets here, in 18-22 weeks), even if I don't think I look good that day or whatever. We'll see how well it works but hopefully just being aware of it will help?

I loved the selfies blog post though and plan to keep those tips in mind, since I'll be home alone with the baby a lot too.

@yoursilverlining: haha same here! The only time he's taken pictures of me and LO is after I've specifically asked! But you wouldn't believe how many pictures of our cats he's taken!
