We just bought a new bedding set. We really needed to replace the one we bought last winter. The one we wasn't the best quality. We bought it at Macy's, too. I definitely need feel the comfortable before I buy something on sale at Macy's. The money I spent on one we had was not worth it.
Anyway, we usually buy a new set once a year-ish,

We've had the same set about 2 years now. I typically don't buy a new set unless I get really sick of mine, or I find a great deal on a new one I love. I could probably go 5+ years on the same set.

We will never buy a new bedding set! Aside from sheets/blankets. MIL made us a wedding ring pattern quilt for our wedding so we will have that forever!

Still using the same one from when we moved in together. Will probably upgrade the next time we move (6-ish months).

@LindsayInNYC: My BFF is making us an AMAZING quilt as a belated wedding gift, so I feel the same way! Once we get that we will likely never change it

@MediaNaranja: I was never a "change bedding/decor" person (nor was my family). Growing up, my bedspread/comforter matched the window treatment, wallpaper/paint, etc. My parents are still the same way!
