I don't clean it out enough and it drives my DH crazier than it does me, maybe once every 2-3 weeks.

Every few weeks? I have 3 inboxes linked to my phone and I view all 3 inboxes simultaneously so it gets overwhelming!

Constantly! I try to get my inbox down to about 10 - 15 emails at the end of every day. I got down to ZERO right before I went on vacation 2 weeks ago, and it was a great feeling!! I archive everything for easy reference, and use the app Boomerang to help organize and send me reminders of things I need to follow up on!

All day, every day! I hate cluttered inboxes.

@LindsayInNY: OMG, I would not survive with Boomerang! If I email someone and need a response from them, I set that email up to bounce back to me in 2 or 3 days time (or whenever I need an answer). Otherwise if they don't get back to me, then I forget to follow up... this is the feature I use the most because I send out hundreds of emails to clients and vendors every week and this is the only way I can keep track of responses!

I also love the "send later" feature, so I can email clients late at night, but set it to send in the AM... that way clients don't think I am accessible at all hours!

All the time. As soon as I'm done with an email, it gets discarded.
