Every three months! It's white gold so I also get it Rhodiumed once a year, too.

I clean it myself usually every Friday with a cleaner I got from Target. I got it professional cleaned the day after Christmas for the first time in 2 years. It was so sparkly!

I get it professionally cleaned every 6 months, but barely clean it in between. I really should though.

Every few months. I had it professionally cleaned in December. I had forgotten how sparkly it is!

I clean it when I'm getting really dressed up. Otherwise, I don't think about it.
