I have something sweet (in addition to fruit) every night. I am trying to cut down to weekends only.

Everyday. I'm pregnant, leave me alone diet mongers.
I had the hardest time quitting the dessert every day habit after #1 and swore I wouldn't fall into the habit with #2. Oh well.

I have at least a small piece of chocolate in the evening pretty much every day. "Real" dessert is something I save for special occasions...but DH and I do go through a lot of ice cream in the summer!

Almost never at home. My mom loves to bake so she always brings over a dessert if they come to dinner, and I'll usually order if we go out for a special occasion dinner. I really don't have a sweet tooth - but don't worry, I have plenty of other food vices I indulge in on the regular that more than make up for lack of dessert

Pretty much never. Just dinner and then that's it for the night.

@oliviaoblivia: me too, exactly! turns out this pregnancy is no different as far as dessert goes. I want it all, all the time.

I eat something sweet after dinner every night. A piece of chocolate, a cookie, some ice cream...

@Mae: Totally agree with you on that.
I'm pregnant so I pretty much crave anything sweet after every meal. Thankfully I don't have GD this time around.

I have to have something sweet after dinner every day!! On days I'm being good, I'll do yogurt with granola.
