I don't get them nearly enough! Once every 6 months or year?

1-2 times a year. Though in my last trimester, I got 2 within 3 weeks!

I got one at 7w and another right around 20w pregnant, none since or ever before. I want another one though, but I want it at a place that has the belly tables.

Well I do get physical therapy massages at my
Chiropractor but those aren't nearly as good as spa massages -
I love massages and got them all the time when I was pregnant. I used to go once a week when it was covered by insurance. It helped immensely with my awful back pain.

I had a prenatal massage when I was pregnant. That's the only one I've ever had. I would love to go on a regular basis!

I got a massage membership at the start of my 2nd trimester so I have been going every month. They are just "ok" though. You definitely get what you pay for. I got a much pricier one last month bc my friend gave me a gift card and that one was amaaaazing!

I get them pretty regularly. Either because my neck is killing me and I'm in a lot of pain or I just feel like it's time to treat myself. Maybe every other month? Sometimes every month. I have one scheduled today, in fact

My back has been sore my whole life, but is way worse now that's I'm pregnant. I went two weeks ago for a prenatal massage and it helped so I'll be going every 3 weeks until I max out my insurance coverage!!!

I go through spurts of getting massages. Sometimes once every 3 weeks or so for 3-4 months, and then nothing for up to a year. Kids have made scheduling them really tricky!
