None for me because I am a SAHM. DH never used to, but it has been a monthly thing recently. It wasn't so fun before the baby started STTN, but now it's ok. He usually works late anyway so it's not that different when he isn't here. As long as both kids sleep well, I am happy!

Never. We've never travelled anywhere for work.

Never. I may travel for conferences in the future, but right now I'm too far down on the ladder. DH hasn't ever traveled for his job, and we don't anticipate him ever doing so.

I travel variably. Right now it's about once a month. I try to make each trip as short as possible, which is really hard on me, bit works better for the girls.

In the past 6 years working at his current job, DH has traveled only a few times a year. Recently travel is limited to just once or twice, which is nice for me. It's hard being away from him for so long.

Never! Neither of us have jobs that require travel.

For him, it depends. For some reason, his trips have slowed down. He would often go somewhere just for a day, or a meeting or even just dinner. Earlier this week, he went to London for two meetings. Most of his travel is domestic though.
I just started a new job that requires some travel. I negotiated or let it be known that I couldn't do it every week or overnight, I try to travel as little as possible, but sometimes I do just for the day. So far I've been DC and Philadelphia for things (both are manageable train rides away). I'll have to go farther away soon. We have very flexible childcare, and DH backs me up since I am the one who leaves early and makes sure I'm around for LO in the mornings and evenings.

In my previous job, before kids, I traveled maybe once or twice a year. In my current job I never travel! If there was reason/opportunity to travel, I think it would be pretty optional for me.
Wagon Sr. travels once every other year for a conference for about a week. He also "travels" once a year, but to our own city... he runs an annual conference that requires him to be there until late one night and start early the next morning, so he stays at least one or two nights at the hotel where the conference is being held, rather than just coming home late at night only to have to leave at 5am. But he usually gets a suite so last year we went and stayed with him for one night at the Ritz! He had the suite for the week but with my work and the kids' daycare it didn't make sense to stay for more than one night. The year before was the Taj where he got a suite for a week overlooking Boston Common that is normally over $2500/night!! Craziness.

None for me as I also SAH. Dh goes on 4-5 trips a year, for around a week at a time. A couple are usually out of the country.

I only travel to conference in state from time to time. DH travels once a month or so for work. He used to travel much more before LO was born.

I used to travel 2 weeks out of every month before we got married. Then, I changed jobs and traveled maybe 1 week out of the month. Now I don't travel at all and I'm totally okay with that. I can't leave her yet.

Any travel I do is totally optional. DH used to travel a bit when he coached wrestling, but now he doesn't do any work travel.

I used to go about once a month-ish. DH travels about 80-90% for work, so he's gone just about every week for about 5 days.

Fortunately I only ever had to travel locally for work. My husband goes 1-2 times a year for a few days at a time, so it's not so bad.

DH used to be on the road all the time 70-80%, but since moving to our marital city he's had 4 or 5 overnight business trips.
I am away once every 3 weeks.

I don't want to jinx myself by saying never, but he hasn't been gone since DD was born. Before then, he traveled a lot for work.

I travel for a week at a time about every 3 months. DH travels at least monthly for varying amounts of time, a couple times a year his trips take him outside the country. We don't have any help nearby, so we always have to make sure our trips don't overlap!

I used to travel quite regularly, two times a month at least. Then, every 6 months when I changed jobs. Now, never.
My husband's last biz trip was in September. Not sure when his next one will be.

a couple times a year. I have a conference I go to each year 3 hours away for 3 days/2 nights, and if they need help at my other location (it's 2 hours away) I'll go down there for a week or so.
DH is a new lawyer - he doesn't ever travel.

Maybe once/year to a conference, but he's a biologist, so he almost never has to take a business trip.
I on the other had go about once every 2-3 weeks to our NY office. We have offices all over the country and I will occasionally need to head to one of them for a trip.

I travel 4 - 5 times a a year. DH usually travels 1-2 weeks per month, but it goes up and down. This summer he had 5 trips in a row, so I only saw him on weekends for awhile.

My SO travels sporadically. Last year it was just a few times, and we tagged along back to NYC twice with him, which was nice.
This year, he's been gone a lot... Sometimes 2x a month. He's had two international trips also, but he's usually not gone for more than 5 days at the most.
Like you, he works long hours anyway, so it's not too much different, but it does make things a bit trickier.
