Just curious how often you use sunscreen on your LO in the summer. Whenever they go outside? Or only if they're going to be out in the sun all day or by the pool or somewhere there isn't any shade?

Our LO is 8 months old, and he goes on walks in the park (30-45 minutes or so) a few times a day with our nanny. She seems super eager to get sunscreen for him, but I'm wondering if he should be wearing sunscreen every day or if he should just be covered up a bit more in the sun (he's wearing shorts and short sleeves when it's hot outside, though).
