Depends. With my long unruly hair I go usually 2 days before washing it again. I could wash it daily but with all the brushing and drying and styling it isn't a very fun game.

Every day. Mostly because in the morning, based on how I sleep, my hair gets all crazy and I get weird parts and folds that water alone can't fix. So I just have to wash it and start new again.
