And how do you balance it with parenting?
I'm feeling really crunched for time these days! Lo is only in daycare part-time, and my schedule is somewhat flexible so most of the time I go to the gym while she's at daycare but that seriously eats into my work-time, and I'm drowning in my workload. But for her whole first year I feel like I used time as an excuse not to work out, and I'm on a good kick right now and don't want to stop taking care of myself...But gosh I really need the time to work!
So these days I usually go to the gym 2 days a week after dropping her off at daycare, and try to go at least once on the weekend when dh can watch her. There is a gym child care too, but there's a limited number of spots and I have to plan ahead to go (call 2 days in advance to reserve, and it's often full!).
